We had a fantastic vacation at Katie’s place! The beach is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful and private. It’s right at the beach, so we enjoyed the phenomenal view of the ocean as well from the condo. We loved every minute of our time there!

So thankful that we found Katie's place (after deciding on another place and then cancelling it). With a long uninhibited beach on one side and a jetty on the other, Katie's place offered us total seclusion, which allowed us nothing but peace and relaxation. I'm sure that everyone's timing is different, however I think that I saw a total of five people during out stay...two of which were local Bahamians walking on the beach (the nicest people). Everything that you can possibly need was also provided, including multiple sets snorkeling gear, two fishing poles (Snapper and Snook right off of the jetty), a set of golf clubs, and much much more. We were met by Yvounger (love her) at our rental car location and followed her to our rental. She showed us around and made our arrival about as easy as it could get. When walking the beach, look for a cemetery in the woods on your left that includes a memorial for a Haitian shipwreck in 1975. A+++ all around.

Excellent place to stay! Nicely furnished condo on the ground floor of a quiet building. Beach is right in the back yard a few steps from the private patio. Pool right around the corner. Beach is beautiful, secluded, calm. Great spot for traveling families! If we are ever on Grand Bahama again will be back here!

Katie's place was just perfect to come back everyday despite our reason for having to come to Freeport, which was a very sad occasion. It was a wonderful place to reflect and it was extremely peaceful. My best friend that was staying with us has already rebooked it for a future trip. Also, I seriously wish that I could take that king sized bed with me! Comfortable is not enough of a word to describe it!
