Plus, we periodically host and show movies in our large theater area, as well as outdoor movie nights for our community. You may also request specific dates, times, and your favorite movie, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Also, this is where an additional Shared Full Bathroom can be accessed if needed (Yellow Bathroom). For those traveling for business, we also have an office area with computers and a color laser printer that can be requested for private meetings or use (additional fees apply). We take the safety and cleanliness of our space seriously, and we thoroughly sanitize and clean the space between guests to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or left items during your stay, and we charge a shipping fee and a $29 handling fee for any items left behind that need to be shipped. We kindly request that guests take care of the space as if it were their own and park in the driveway closest to the house. For extended stays (30+ days), we require a mandatory cleaning every 30 days for health and safety purposes, and we charge a remediation fee of $250 for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use.
