Paul was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful but let me alone to have my peace and quiet which is what I needed :) The accommodations are set in a beautiful location with beach access to a 100% natural beach which is lovely. Don't expect a Tumon beach, which if you know Guam, you know. The view is bar none from any of the apartments he offers. 10/10 recommend :)

The Sea Container is really nice and a great place to stay. The view, especially the terrace with Barbecue is really great if you enjoy a private place and Barbecue accompanied by the Sunset. Paul is a great Guy, came over to greet us and brought some fresh Coconut. It is a great Place, however, access to the beach and facilities need some touch up here and there. You definetly need a car, but then it will be so much better than one of the crowded Hotels.

The apartment is very comfortable. This was my first stay in a converted shipping container. It was very nicely done. The area is quiet and very beautiful. Paul is very responsive and offered lots of local advice. I would definitely stay again.

Although circumstances beyond Paul's control caused us to have to cancel, overall, everything was great. I wish things worked out but we look forward to trying again.
