From the booking to the check-in to the stay and the check-out, everything was amazing & absolutely accommodating. John was very welcoming to myself and my family - he even set out the baby cot for my 3 month old, which came in handy. He also provided us with waters which held us over the first day. The atmosphere was so inviting & the view was beautiful. He also provided us with a later check-out, which was great because our flight wasn’t till later at night. We appreciate and enjoyed everything. 10/10 would recommend over any hotel!

The perfect vacation home for our group of three adults. We loved the walk ability (10-minutes) to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We were planning on using the kitchen but the restaurants were so convenient. We appreciated the purified water left on the counter and in the refrigerator which we used. We would pack less clothes next time because the washer/dryer had a quick cycle making it easy to do a fast load of laundry. The views from the balcony were perfect for sunrise and sunset photos. The condo was safe, peaceful and quiet. It's on a hill. The condo had a pool that was always clean. The two parking spaces were easy to find. There's a convenient breezeway that you can drive your car under and download people and purchases onto the resort carts. The host has organized the small space well. It has full-length mirrors, vanities, a designated place to put the keys inside and out, a Keurig, a first aid kit... Excellent communication with the host. We would stay here again.

Jun John은 정말 친절하고 배려심 많은 호스트입니다. 도착 전, 숙박 기간 중, 체크아웃 전에도 필요한 것이 있는지 물어보았습니다. 가족 모두 만족한 숙소입니다 Jun의 집은 깔끔하고 숙박에 필요한 물품들이 잘 준비되어 있었습니다. 특히 생수도 넉넉하게 준비해 주어서 좋았습니다. 침대,침구, 에어컨도 좋았습니다. 시내에 가까운 편리한 위치입니다. 야간에는 길이 어두워서 걷는것보다 차를 이용하는 편이 안전하다고 생각합니다. 괌에 다시 간다면 Jun의 숙소에 다시 머물것 입니다.

Wir waren zu dritt dort und besonders unsere Tochter war begeistert ein eigenes Badezimmer zu haben. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und John war/ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat oft nachgefragt ob alles okay ist oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Ebenfalls hat er uns von sich aus einen späteren Check-out angeboten, welchen wir gerne angenommen haben. Da wir einen Leihwagen hatten, war es fantastisch, jederzeit einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben. Falls wir noch einmal nach Guam kommen, würde ich dieses Apartment gerne erneut buchen.

This Airbnb is the best! It's clean, and it has everything you could need - a straightener, hair dryer, dryer, washing machine, and the view of the ocean is just spectacular. It's also a great value. Even my parents were pleased. We'll definitely be back. Thank you to an amazing host! Thanks to you, we're heading to the airport without a hitch. This Airbnb is comfortable and smells great. If you're traveling with a family of three or more, I highly recommend this place over hotel connecting rooms.
