Wir würden jedem das Haus weiterempfehlen! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Matt war uns immer eine große Hilfe wenn es mal brenzlig wurde. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.

This trip was for 5 adults & 2 children (ages 2.5 &10 months). If I was staying here with my friends I would give a 4 star rating as the trip would've been for a different reason. Reasons for the bad rating. Although pictured numerous times throughout the photos, there is no slide & play set in the backyard. This was a big differentiator for us and the set simply didn't exist. False advertising. No pack-n-play even though it's in the description as being included, so I had to go out & buy one. There were various items that were broken or that didn't work properly, including the sauna (would not turn on), the air conditioning upstairs (would not keep temperature), the fireplace (would not turn on) and dishwasher (works but only on 1 cycle & didn't clean). Dishes in the cabinets were filthy. I could go on & on. When I asked Matt about the air conditioning, his response was that the weather would be cold that night (not an acceptable response when you have 2 kids staying at the house).

La casa esta muy bien y la comunidad tranquila y segura. Las personas que se encargar de alquilar solo piensan en cobrar (bastante caro). La casa estaba sucia, el jardín descuidado, sucio y la piscina también(hasta los utensilios de cocina con restos de comida, por cierto compramos los nuestros…). Estuvimos 2 días limpiando y tuvieron que enviar gente a limpiar los sofás( olían mal, restos de animales). Lo mejor 10 días de agosto pasando un calor horrible en planta alta( aire acondicionado averiado, así mismo alquilaron la casa) y los primeros días sin poder usar la piscina. Hay que pensar en el cliente, no solo en los dólares. Ahora la casa quedo impecable gracias a los huéspedes.
