Juan's place was CLEAN, nice pots, pans, flatware, great fridge, BEAUTIFUL wood ceilings, comfortable couch, beautiful and clean bathroom. The wifi worked very well. Me and my guest were very impressed with the room. It is so clean that you can actually let your children sit and play on the floors. Juan was very accommodating. He kindly helped me by allowing me to do a late check-in. He was very responsive to my needs and questions. He suggested a great location to go eat and the food was good! This room is right near town. Definitely walkable to restaurants, stores, and places of interest in both directions! The cost of this room was well worth it! My only issue: No side tables in the bedrooms. There was nowhere to set my glasses or cell phone before bed time except on the shelf in front of the bed. No lamps in the bedrooms; you have to keep the bright ceiling lights on when it's late and you want to wind down. Lights had greenish hue. But this room was still awesome!

El lugar es exacto como se aprecia en las fotos, muy limpio ordenado,buen parqueo ,buena ubicación con relación tranquilidad y accesibilidad al centro con mayor movimiento (Santa Elena), aprox 1 kilómetro ,3 minutos . Nota el ruido de la lluvia es fuerte en el techo porque el vecino que se ubica en un nivel más alto no posee el techo de él canoas entonces la descarga del agua cae en el techo de anfitrión causando sonido duro y más que todo en las noches
