We had a great stay these houses. It was a perfect situation for our group of students to have a girls/boys house and it was convenietly located next to the Chickamauga Battlefield where we took a tour. There were extra mattresses which worked out great for our group. We enjoyed being able to use the firepit and the outside patios. Hosts were responsive with our questions and the houses were clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great trip! We hope to return!

The houses had plenty of room for our family getaway. Having the ability to just walk next door was great. The houses are as shown in the pictures and very comfortable. Overall this was a great stay and a memorable one.

The place was nice and the owners communicated very well. However, we had to clean once we arrived. The tubs were partially clean and the floors looked like they had not been mopped. Also, I did not feel welcomed before arriving, both husband and wife interrogated me via messenger about the ages of everyone traveling with me including children, where we were from, and the reason for our travels. This information was given to them before booking and was also stated that we were traveling to celebrate our children's spring break. I do understand that they wanted to make sure their properties were treated with care but it came off very offensive.

Both properties were terrific to stay for our large group! The check in/check out was easy and host was always quick to respond! I recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chattanooga!

These houses were perfect for our family and one other that wanted to get away together for a few days over New Years! Houses were as the photos showed, host was very responsive. It was nice to have our own private space per family. We did have to carry kitchen supplies from one to the other since there were not enough utensils/plates/etc. for all 12 of us to eat at one house otherwise, but we made it work. Also, the hill between the two houses is a bit steep and would have been slippery if it had rained, but it didn’t so it worked fine for us. Fire pit in one of the backyards was lovely as well - we grabbed firewood from Earl Roden’s Produce a few minutes away. Area felt safe, was quiet, and was no more than 20 minutes from any of the Chattanooga activities we wanted to do, though no particular “views” other than the night sky. Overall, would stay here again!
