My family and I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Bliss Central in Islamabad, and our experience fell significantly short of our expectations. Photos vs. Reality: To start with, the apartment we checked into was not the one depicted in the listing. Cleanliness: Dust was visibly settled on many surfaces, but more concerning was the sight of what appeared to be fecal matter on the outside of the toilet bowl. Plumbing: Both showers had draining issues. Although I appreciate the quick response from the Airbnb manager in getting this resolved, initial diligence could have prevented this issue in the first place. On the last evening, one of the two toilet's stopped flushing and became unusable. No Hot Water: A cold morning shower due to absent hot water was not the refreshing start we had in mind. Basic amenities should be consistent and reliable. Noise: On both nights of our stay, we were disturbed by loud music coming from the floor above.

the overall stay was great and we had no issues. just upon entering it seemed the apartment was used and not cleaned afterwards, however on reaching out to the host, he sent cleaners within the first 10 minutes who came by and cleaned the entire apartment up, the bathrooms, the trashcans, and the duist and hair all over the floor. - had to pay the cleaner from my pocket but no problem he came by pretty quickly and cleaned everything we also requested a change of bedsheets bc didn't feel safe since the apt was dirty and the host said he would have them done the following day no problem he was extremely responsive and friendly and accommodated our check in and check out needs. he also allowed for packages to be received there while we were staying there. the apartment and building all very nice but because there is still construction going on outside its just a little hard to understand where to go around from. otherwise seamless stay and process. happy with everything!! recommended!

Beautiful modern apartment! Secure and clean! Exactly as pictured! Great location! Quick and easy check-in/out. Has everything you need! Great communication. Host was super hospitable.
