Tino’s house was beautifully clean and had everything we expected. As a group of eight people we found the living area a little tight, but the spacious yard and garage areas compensated somewhat. We didn’t use the spa or Firepit but nice to have had the option. We would have liked to have had a mop and bucket to keep the tiles clean so had to make do with wash cloths. The house has been recently renovated it seems and the inside is beautifully presented and organised. Keep your head down in the kitchen because the ventilation above the stove can be a hazard! Our complaints are very minimal really. There is a lot to like about Tino’s house. Location was close to the major theme parks and not too far from the beaches. All up we had an excellent experience.

My family and I loved our stay very much. Everything very clean, all the beds very clean and comfortable. We are a family that loves to cook and we spend a lot of time together in the kitchen, and I think it was what we enjoyed the most since the kitchen is very spacious and we enjoyed the large island. In addition, the kitchen has all the necessary implements. The patio, the boys enjoyed playing mini golf while the rest of us warmed up in the fire pit.Another place we enjoyed was the games area, especially the pool table and the massage chair.The only thing I have to say against (and I let the host know) is the fact that I had to pay for the use of the hot tub, I understand that each property has its rules (and if I don't I'm wrong,when I found this property it didn't mention anything about paying for use it until I had already paid for my stay) but it is assumed that when you rent a property you want to use all the amenities that the property has, but didn’t work.Overall we loved it

Home was spacious and clean! Outdoor patio set up was nice and inviting. The massage chair in the garage was amazing and we had a great time with the foosball and pool table. We did however encounter difficulties with using the hot tub. There's additional fees and you have to contact a 3rd party to use it. We did but the hot tub never got hot enough for use plus the jets weren't working. They did reimburse use for the money sent. Overall, the place was pricey but very clean with plenty of amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay overall as well!

So our review is kind of a mixed bag. Positives: the kitchen & all rooms were a nice space for 5 adults. The outdoor space & amenities in the garage were wonderful. Really comfy beds & comforters. Very nice bathrooms. Negatives: there were not enough towels even for 5 adults, also no extra sheets, blankets, or comforters. The space appears much bigger & cohesive online than in actuality. The bedroom with the bunk bed is perfect for kids only (didn’t work out with us only having adults) & can only be accessed through the master bath or the backyard. Garage had a musty smell with no access to the house so we didn’t feel comfortable having people sleep there. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken. Overall, this house was nice, close to Disney & the beach. Just would help with more linen & a functional hot tub.

Great spot, accommodated our whole group with a place to sleep for everyone, and the extra mattresses! Garage is converted into a game room which was fun! And the putting green kept us busy - lot of good amenities and host and her team were responsive with the questions we had! Thank you Tino!
