Great location, accommodations, and price! Will definitely be back. Walkable to the beach and surrounding restaurants and bars. Gulfside was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

After loving our first stay so much, we decided to return a second time. The pool was well kept, the bed was comfortable, and our unit was just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed some of the other amenities, including bocce and the mini golf area. Kathy and her brother Jim are both friendly and responsive. We will definitely be staying once again, and highly recommend to others.

Great location…only a few minutes walk to the beach down a quiet street, and plenty of restaurants and things to do, all easily within walking distance. The property is clean, well maintained and a great setting whether you are only planning to sleep there, or relax on property for most of the day. Tons of amenities on property and in units for families and kids of all ages. Kathy is on the property nearly every day, if not every day…she is extremely attentive to your needs, she knows exactly who is on property, and calls you by name. It is obvious she takes a great deal of pride in the property and your experience while there. There is a lot to be said for an owner that is this engaged with the guests and property, rather than having a third party handle everything. We are thrilled we found this place, and would certainly stay again when in the area.

Kathy and her brother were great hosts. Their spot is in a perfect location and had all the amenities we could ask for with a beach vacation! We cannot wait to be back!

We enjoyed our visit even more than expected and would definitely stay again. Kathy and her brother Jim were very responsive and friendly before and during our stay. The unit was within walking distance to the beach and was a little older, but well kept. The bed was also comfortable and the AC units worked well and were surprisingly quiet. We loved spending time by the pool and playing shuffle board. The restaurants near by aren’t the greatest, but there is a Publix. The unit had cooking utensils and appliances as well making it easy to make our own meals. Would highly recommend staying at one of Kathy’s places.
