We had a day of no power for maintenance. Elevator was broken. Construction was not mentioned and it made the stay very inconvenient. Having to wait for 1 elevator in a line for 20 mins with two kids was not fun. We had to say we were a guest of someone and were questioned about it at check in. It was uncomfortable. Some amenities and one pool were unavailable because of the construction. The place was not very clean. We also had to ask the cleaning crew several times to bring us clean sheets (one bed had blood stains) and had to ask them multiple times if they could clean the room. They did clean one day. We got married at this resort many years ago and it’s gone a little downhill. Seems like the check in process needs some work and I wish we had enjoyed the condo for as much as we paid.
