Great space that fit our entire family for a week and everyone had plenty of room. Can’t beat the location and the sunsets are amazing. Host was responsive to all our questions right away.

My spouse and I hosted a 65th birthday party week for my brother, his children, their spouses and his grandchildren. The property was perfect – on the beach with a pool! Perfectly equipped from the kitchen and bathrooms (soaps and shampoos) to the pool with towels, toys and chairs for the beach. Joanie at Beach Time was The Best! She made us feel welcome and at home from checkin till checkout. Very responsive and addressed any concerns immediately! (Our only concern was we couldn’t find the beach towels!)😎 Definitely a FIVE STAR stay!

This house was the perfect choice for our friends 40th birthday trip! The location is with in walking distance/short car ride to lots of great shopping, restaurants and bars, not to mention the beach right outside the back door. The house is clean and spacious. With 5 couples on the trip, we loved that each room had its own bathroom. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the large back porch and in the pool area. Plenty of space to spread out and relax! The hosts made the process seamless. They even reached out about heating the pool for us before we got there. They are great at what they do! We really enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend this home to others!

This house was perfect for our family gathering of 10 adults. The gourmet kitchen, outdoor grill and table for 10 was the center of our activities. The adjoining family room was really comfortable and conducive for large and small conversations. The master suite is unbelievably luxurious and all other bedrooms and bathrooms have sufficient storage space and comforts. Pillows abound as do blankets / afghans which make this large house feel like home. You cannot go wrong selecting this house for your group of adults.

Our group had an awesome time at Beach Time! The close proximity (walking distance) to bars and restaurants made getting around very easy, and nothing beats being on the beach! Would definitely stay here again.
