Welcome to The Sandpiper Retreat! This beautifully designed home has 5 bedrooms/3 bath’s and is ONLY 2 MILES FROM ST PETE BEACH! You will find a heated pool, hot tub, and lots of space to sunbath. The house is equipped with tons of games and beach amenities to get the most out of your FL vacation! Just a few miles from Treasure Island and cute Downtown Gulfport! The home has a dream layout for multiple traveling families. There are 3 distinct areas of the house where multiple groups can have complete privacy. The main level boasts 4 bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. In one corner of the main level is the downstairs master bedroom with a king size bed and offers a futon-style convertible couch and a private bath. This bedroom has pool access as well! Next to this bedroom is a cozy bedroom with a full bed. On the other side of the main level, there are 2 more bedrooms. One with a queen size bed and the kids room...which has two twin sized beds and a bunk-bed for the oh-so-fun slumber parties. The 2 bedrooms in this corner share a bathroom with a tub. The upstairs level features only the master bedroom en suite. Complete with a king size bed, private sleeping area with a day bed, double sinks in the bath and a walk in closet for your luggage. This lovely room features French doors that lead out to a balcony. An entire family could stay in the upstairs suite alone. Home features a sunroom with a ping pong table, board games, PAC Man arcade, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, skim board/buggy boards and a 60qt cooler! Kristine & Brenham are the absolute best hosts I’ve had!! very responsive, flexible, & accommodating. the house was extremely clean, lots of games & great areas to hang out with family or friends. if I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would!! highly recommend :)
We chose this beautiful home to catch up with friends whom we may not see again for years. We had more than enough room for a group of 14. We lounged, cooked and ate comfortable and with any and every amenity needed for cooking and serving. The best part was as the day dwindled getting to cool off in the spacious pool area, while playing board games and PAC MAN! Closer to nightfall enjoying the jacuzzi with the few friends and family that remained. Honestly we will all hold the memories we made in this home for the rest of our lives. At the end of the night 6 people slept in one of the super comfortable and spacious rooms and we all had the best sleep, comfy beds falling asleep to our favorites shows or movies on the awesome flat screens in every room we stayed in. Thank you so much to our hosts for being so efficient in giving us all the info we needed to make our stay as awesome as it was. We are hoping to make this a yearly gathering. Can’t wait to visit and stay here again!
I came to Kristine & Brenham’s bnb for my bachelorette with my friends and family. We had the best time and are very happy with our stay. From the start, they were very friendly and quick to respond. They made appropriate accommodations to certain requests that we are so thankful for. They are excellent hosts and I cannot recommend them enough!
This place was even better than the pictures! The rooms were so cute and the amenities were great. Especially loved the ping pong and hot tub! We loved the location and how close it was to the beach and downtown St. Pete. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Great place! We stayed for a bachelorette party and it fit 13 of use well. Pool and hot tub are great, not far from (but driving distance) from the beautiful beaches and fun bars! Kristine and Brenham were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend booking this place!

Very quiet neighborhood and it is only 2 miles from the beach! Bars, restaurants, the ocean ...it is all right there. You are also 5 minutes from the largest mall in St Pete and close to both down Gulfport and downtown St Pete.
