Beautiful view, friendly neighbors, short walk to a few restaurant’s. Living room and Kitchen were great. Beadroom sheets were worn & didn’t fit bed, constantly coming off. Gross stains on chair in bedroom. No chairs of any kind by pool for sunbathing but pool was very nice. Beach chairs provided in condo were old rusty and gross. Must have had some water problems with hole in the wall exposing pipes, low water pressure in shower, hot water would come and go, urine smell in bathroom. First time less than stellar stay at an air b&b on this app. Couple small fixes and would definitely be a 5 star accommodation!

The local host for Evolve, Carey, was great. They answered questions immediately and completely. There was a little miscommunication earlier in the booking about the beach being closed for storm repair, but ultimately that was resolved. The condo complex is great. We have stayed in different units there probably 7-8 times. The couch in this one had been replaced so it didn’t match the pics in the posting, but the new sectional was spacious and clean. Could benefit from some grow pillows to cozy it up. Also, the listing said it was a queen bed, I believe, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a king bed instead. Great upgrade. There was an issue with the water in the shower, but Carey anticipated it and gave great instructions. There was no door on the utility closet, so the sounds from the AC unit and water heater were right there outside the bedroom, but it was okay. The info was mostly updated and clean and we love this area. Great pool right off the beach and easy parking. Enjoy!

Perfect location, they had work done on the water pipes so there was a hole in the wall but we were notified the day of check in, my only problem was the floor was very dirty and noticeable shoe prints and dirt on the floor. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.
