Our family stayed here during Christmas. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. Nicely updated and clean. It was close to the beach and downtown St. Pete.

My family and I were in town for a 50th wedding anniversary weekend and searched for a house to comfortably accommodate my parents and brother and family which included two small children. Jolanda’s house was central to where we needed to be between downtown St. Pete and St. Pete beach. The interior of the house was nicely renovated and decorated in a classy way and we appreciated the touches like beach gear and ample towels and space to roam. The master suite is in the back of the house connected to the parking which made it easy for my brother and his kids. We had a couple items to follow up on upon arrival and Jolanda was very quick to respond. Walking distance to a Starbucks and local artisanal coffee and breakfast sooner and organic grocery store was a plus. Definitely recommend the house!

We had a great time at Jolanda’s house. She was very easy to work with, responsive and the house was super cute!! Perfect for a girls getaway to Saint Pete!! Look forward in renting again for next years trip!

Such a great place, amenities were perfect, a beautiful park down the street to walk to with a lake and so many birds. Soccer field a couple blocks down and a playground. Short drive to beach. Neighbors were very friendly.
