Amazing property, lovely location, 10 min walk to the beach. It is hilly and you will need decent footwear but that’s to be expected in Cornwall with sea views. Would stay again (hopefully for a longer period of time!)

Amazing few nights, really did work perfectly for a large group. A great weekend in Cornwall, highly recommend. We will for sure be looking to book again for ‘24

Pentire is a great house and within easy walk to the local amenities, but it is lacking in any extra comfort or personal touches. No long mirrors and no dressing tables with stools and mirrors to aid getting ready this would have been nice. The beds are very hard especially the zip and links and the duvets are very thin. No ironing board and not every loo had a loo brush next to it. Cleaning products are non and I felt they could be more generous to help just to get you up and running. Unfortunately we were not warned of the building works until after we had made the booking and not told the extent in which we would be effected, having a porta loo in our view wasn’t quite what I was sold. It was lucky it was wet and we couldn’t use the outside space as the builders are two feet away at head height to the sun loungers. Access is a very narrow roads with no turning and so not for the faint hearted. Beach retreats where very helpful and gave exceptional customer service.

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home celebrating my mothers 60th Birthday. Walking (downhill) distance to Restaurants, beach and general store. Great location for discovering Cornwall and beautiful sunsets. Slight drainage issue upstairs with shower and toilets however reported to Beach Retreats who were on the case quickly. There is work going on next door which we were not aware about however should be completed soon. We would definitely come back again.
