The home was exactly as advertised, maybe better. There was a minor problem with a smoke detector and they fixed it right away. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the location between Sebec Lake and Dover-Foxcroft's amenities. Great back yard and well decorated inside!

A cute little Maine camp! It was perfect for what we needed- staying in Dover-Foxcroft for field hockey training camp. The camp is close to a public swim beach and marina, and also a state park. Upon arriving our GPS sent us well passed the house on the road and the photos of the camp are lighter, so I didn’t recognize it when I went past. The mailbox is clearly labeled with the house number- so keep an eye out! The camp is RIGHT on the road, so if you’re bringing dogs, I’d highly recommend leashes or an outside pet pen- we used both for ours. Also, the code to get in is 8 or so digits long, as soon as you shut the door your locked out. My husband unlocked the door, set my phone down and we were locked out. I was lucky to have our iPad with the text from Airbnb on it with the code. Definitely be careful the door doesn’t latch closed! Someone else posted about a smell- it’s mothballs. If you’re sensitive to smells, you’ll need the windows open like I did. But, overall a great stay!

The place was relatively clean and as described, however, the entry code was seven digits and there’s NO cell service so if you leave your phone inside or otherwise don’t have access to the email you are stuck outside unless your memorize the code. The WiFi worked ok. It IS dog friendly however the grass was so long there were not many places to take my dog to use the bathroom and those places are right next to a main road. It’s a camp so I had camp expectation but I did find and kill a few dozen black ants and one very large spider. There was also a slight decay smell went I entered which required me to vent the camp during the day. It was pretty unpleasant and smelled like something rotting (not musty or damp) or maybe a very small gas leak which seemed to originate from the stove. The single bedroom was very clean and comfortable.

The house looked just like the pictures, the surroundings were incredibly beautiful and serene. It was easy to access, the management team was responsive and the house was so clean! The kitchen was equipped with everything which was so great for the nights we spent in cooking. Bed was comfy as well!
