Thank you for granting us access to your beautiful home. We had an amazing time exploring the hiking trails at the local state park, and your comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable. The furniture when we arrived was in a completely different, less logical arrangement. The lights, chairs, and picnic table in the backyard were not set up despite having sunny weather during our stay. No mention of seasonal furniture. There was a Christmas tree in the living room, in April. There was 1/4 a roll of paper towels, Lysol wipes and a mini hand vacuum as tools to clean with. 20% of our deposit was withheld because of surface level cleaning issues such as crumbs on the floor and fingerprints on the windows, despite the instructions saying nothing about needing to deep clean. So much for that $185 cleaning fee! I don’t know how you expect your guests to vacuum on hands and knees with a hand held vacuum and clean over multiple days with minimal supplies. Pros: the location is gorgeous, plenty of towels and kitchen items, lots of games.

The property was exactly as advertised. Everything from the check-in process to the communication from Tracey, to the amenities, to the check-out process. It was all seamless. It’s a perfect Lakeside get-a-way retreat. The property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We were in Dover for a family hunting trip and this place was perfect for us. It had a wonderful living are for us all to gather and talk about the day’s activities. We are already planning our next hunting trip for next year and will definitely be back, if the property is available! Thanks to Tracey and Company for a memorable, wonderful experience.
