This is a very nice place, well kept and clean. Quiet, laid back and relaxing. The Suite is perfect for a quick getaway, or longer, for someone or couples looking to get out away from the city atmosphere and traffic. Marilyn had fresh homemade banana bread waiting ...It was DELICIOUS!!! This is a place we would stay at again. Kenneth and Marilyn are very friendly. We really enjoyed our visit, they're excellent hosts.

We loved the place… it was just as it was described! Private and a perfect little getaway. The hosts were friendly and the sweetest! We even had homemade banana bread waiting for us. It was delicious! Can’t wait to stay again! It was a short drive from everywhere we needed to go.

Kenneth’s place is a relatively new listing, but Kenneth and his wife are doing a fantastic job hosting. They are warm and friendly and greeted us at check in (with fresh baked banana bread). They have a comfortable guest suite that is as described on their ranch property that is quite and private yet easy to find. Parking is great, even with pulling a trailer. The location proximity to Winnsboro worked out good for us, but it’s also close to lakes Fork and Tawakoni. We look forward to staying at Kenneth’s again in the future.

Kenneth and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. Had a great stay and will be back soon. Very peaceful and clean with a great country setting. This is a well kept property and maintained by good people.
