We enjoyed our night at Marco's loft; it was a lovely place, spacious, and we loved sitting in front of the fire with a cuppa. We were in town for a show at the Capitol theatre, just down the road. Found a couple of nice restaurants: Forte Resto-Bistro and Mama Maria's [loved the decor and great menu]. The bus service is a bit erratic, but it is just a 20-minute walk up Queen Street from the Via Rail station. Heading back the next day, we enjoyed poking around in the thrift shop on Queen Street not far from the station.

We came to a dance competition at the Chatham Capitol Theater. The location was so great, 2 min walk to the theatre. Such a cool, funky apartment. Loved the feel of warmth and welcoming. Thanks Marco and team, you're place is a gem and we would stay there 100% again. Best Jen

This was a beautifully appointed unit, the photos just don't do it justice! From the original brick walls, thick leather living room furniture to the absolutely comfortable well dressed bed. Quality, functional and a little lux! It was very quiet, peacefull and private even though it is in the middle of downtown. Wished I could of spent another day to enjoy it a little longer....Will keep this one on my favorite list. Thanks Marco for your quick responses to my questions !

We were in town for a concert at the Capitol Theater, which was about twenty yards from the front door of Marco's apartment. The place was perfect. A great spot to hang out and get away. Just the right amount of space, comfortable bed/furniture and once we parked upon arrival, we could reach everything we needed by foot. Great little restaurants and coffee shops and of course the theater. Marco was in contact with us as needed and was friendly, respectful, and responsive when needed. If we ever have reason to be in Chatam again, we'd definitely be back to this apt.
