This is a great spacious apartment for short or long term stay. It had what we needed and was close to our family for visiting. Martin helped us quickly with the access code and then everything was great!

The ambiance and size of Martins place is great. Finding the correct parking lot was difficult, possibly because it was late after a long day of travel. I do believe that the instructions could be more clear for future visitors though. There was an issue with the parking pass that was corrected the following day. We were able to pay for parking until it was resolved. Communication with the host was okay. I would be remiss to not mention that there is what seems to be a nightclub nearby that enjoys playing very, very loud music until the early hours of the morning. This, coupled with relatively uncomfortable beds, didn’t encourage restful sleep. I believe that with more attention to detail the issues we encountered will be easily corrected. Overall, the value compared to staying at a hotel may be the same if you don’t mind falling asleep to Fergie.

Had another great stay at Martin’s place. Amazing, spacious place to stay with everything you need to feel at home. Martin is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Martins place to anyone visiting Chatham.
