Just 5 min drive to Beach, restaurant, Marina, stores and St Joseph museum. This spacious two floors house has a large open concept Kitchen, 2 living rooms equipped with DVD player and smart Tv that is connected to a standard antenna , dining area, one bedroom (queen size), full bathroom ,and laundry room on the main floor. The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms (queen size bed )and one bathroom and the beautiful Haskap Berries orchard's view. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, pots and pans, plates, cups and mugs.. Please note that like other Farms, our water is from a drilled well not city water. The tasting is different from city water.
