Really lovely house and area. Gas ran out after using the bbq once to cook the first night, but the servo down the road had stock. Glass doors to the outside area dont open fully, but i can understand why they would be locked as they are very heavy and could be broken easily. The house it set up beautifully and very minimalistic. It made our yearly family getaway easy and enjoyable. The yard is lovely, we regularly had local chickens come over which was nice. Check in and out is a little bit of a hassel with having to go into kingscliff to pick up and drop off keys. It made check out a fair bit earlier to have keys back on time. It was simple to clean and the beach access was a huge drawpoint for us as we had lots of teenagers that needed to be on the move constantly. Lots of local areas to fish and swim. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Beautiful house and location. Nice neighbourhood, which is very quiet, with very short bush walk to amazing beach. Short walk to cafe. Reasonably east to get on the motorway to head north or south and easy access to airport and local malls and supermarkets. Kingscliff has lots of nice cafes and bars too.

The place is amazing- the management of the place extremely poor. We also had issues that were never resolved including no gas for bbq. No keys for sliding doors, no extra toilet paper - only the rolls provided despite the description saying this is provided. Telephone service is poor in this area so relied on wifi but this was down for 2 days. But by far the worse is trying to contact the agent to resolve issues. You have a number that no one answers. Probably made a dozen calls to them.

We had such a lovely stay. The house had so much space both inside and out which was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The backyard and trail to the beach were absolute highlights!
