We had a wonderful week at Kylie's place, (despite the patchy weather!). The house itself was clean and beautifully styled so we felt like we were in a lovely holiday home (which we were!). The rooms were a good size, bathrooms fully renovated and the large front verandah and big back yard with beautiful big pool were awesome (and well maintained). We had our dog so the garage downstairs was perfect - nice and cool for her to sleep. The house is a 600m flat walk to the beach (the north end of Kingscliff North Beach is off-leash for dogs). Restaurants and cafes and supermarket etc were just a short drive away. The only minor downside was some traffic noise from the M1 but during the day it was barely noticeable. At night when things are quiet it felt a bit noisier, but we had the windows closed/fan on, so it was OK and it wouldn't put us off coming back again. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend the house/location/host! Thank you Kylie, we hope to come again!

We have just left from staying a week at this amazing, clean, peaceful and most of all relaxing house. As soon as we walked in we felt so comfortable and felt instantly on holidays. The house was so clean, neat and decorated so beautifully. The pool was amazing and the kids didn’t want to leave. Kylie has been an amazing host throughout our stay and has set up this property to perfection. We will be back! Thanks again Kylie and family for allowing us to make the best memories for our children on their first but not last visit to the Gold Coast/ NSW.

My family and I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this property. A great location within easy reach of the Gold Coast and the fantastic coastal northern NSW. The house was comfortable and clean and the back yard is amazing. Close to some great beaches and lovely restaurants. Highly recommended.

An amazing house, beautiful interior and great outdoor spaces. Kylie was an amazing host and super easy to communicate with. We very much enjoyed our stay!!
