We booked this location for Thanksgiving, which was actually when our family celebrated Christmas. The location was perfect as it was close to other family members who were able to spend time with us. Although we were mostly interested in family time, the location is close to many fun things to do and awesome restaurants. The house itself was perfect and met our needs as expected. We had a toddler and appreciated the crib, high chair, and gate for the stairs. There was plenty of room for games and the basement game room was well equipped for entertainment. The backyard was very clean and perfect for our toddler to play in snow for the first time. I would definitely book this location in the future! The communication was excellent, the check-in was fast and easy, and the check-out chore list was very minimal!

We had a family wedding in Monument. The house was beautiful. In a neighborhood. The sleeping options were plentiful and comfortable. The family gathering area was plenty for all 7 of us. We relaxed one night around the fire table which was very relaxing. Plenty of bathrooms to take care of our needs. Loved how location of everything was labeled. No worries as to where put everything back. Megan and Stefan sent me daily emails just checking and and making recommendations for things to do in the area. They were both very responsive if I had and questions. We will definitely be renting again when the next family wedding in the area takes place

A great place for our large family vacation! Wonderful hosts that personally delivered a pack and play for our littlest one! Definitely recommend!
