The house is close to the Academy and has all the amenities you need. It was cold and snowy, but the outdoor space looks like it is great.

The house was very nice and well decorated. The host was very friendly and understanding. The house was located in a nice area with a lot of land. We had a great stay.

Ruthanne and Joshua were excellent hosts! They made sure we were okay despite there being a winter storm, were very flexible in extending our stay with no trouble! Definitely made our first family trip to Colorado experience one of a kind! Most definitely recommend staying here, the area was just so lovely and the view, that view was something! Loved it all <3
