The condo is located on a beautiful street with mostly single family households, and it is directly next to the Mining and Smelting Museum. Steps away is the Trail of the Coeur D'Alenes which can be walked or biked, and there are beautiful nearby parks that have a community pool, gardens, and covered group gathering spots with bar-b-q grills. Down the street a few blocks is the beginning of uptown Kellogg, where there are restaurants, bars, and shops just a short walk away.

Parking is plentiful at the condo, so you will not have to worry about street parking or parking far from the building entrance. In the winter, the parking lot is plowed anytime it snows, and you can easily walk to the Gondola with your ski or snowboard gear and not have to worry about paying for or finding parking at the resort. In the warmer months when it is nice outside you can walk or bike comfortably throughout the city of Kellogg, and if you are more adventurous, you can even bike to the beautiful nearby towns of Smelterville, Wallace, Mullan, Kingston and more.
