It has fantastic views of the tides, sunsets over the horizon, and looks right towards the bustling town center. A large wrap-around porch, great room, an octagonal sun room, and three spacious bedrooms all provide viewing of the daily theater of the ever changing ocean. On the first level of the main house is the great room with views of the ocean and West Hill Park. The spacious kitchen is well furnished with granite countertops, large island (with five bar stools), double oven, bar sink and lots of cupboard space. The dining table seats eight and can be expanded to seat twelve. The large living area has a 47" TV, gas fireplace, a very large sectional and other comfortable seating. The second level, in addition the three bedrooms and 2 baths, also has a media room and an octagonal sun room with view in all four directions (southern and western exposure). This is a great area for card playing, puzzle working, or just relaxing while viewing the ocean, park and town center. Three of the bedrooms in the main house have king beds and ocean views. One primary suite is located on the first level and a second primary suite is on the second level with double-door access to an airy sun room. The third bedroom with a king bed also has a vanity sink along with a day bed for an extra person. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed, single bed and flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. A media room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, DVD player and Play Station 2. The carriage house provides the fifth bedroom with a king bed in a separate room, convenience kitchen and small balcony overlooking the park and view of the ocean. How about warm feet when stepping into the bathroom? All four bathrooms (including the carriage house) have heated tile floors. The main house also has a circulating hot water system providing warm water at each faucet within seconds. And yes, in addition to the large wrap-around (mostly covered) deck, the yard contains a hot tub for seven, BBQ and an open deck area for sunning.
