The upstairs has two luxe king bed ensuites while the basement is a perfect area for kids with four custom built extra long bunkbeds, full bathroom and a family room with another oversized sectional and flat screen TV with all the latest Apps as well as a full size laundry room. "The house is on the same side of the highway as the ocean, which made it an easy walk with our labs. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything you need. The fenced in courtyard allowed us to be outside enjoying the fire table and hot tub without worrying about the dogs straying. Loved the 2 family rooms so we could watch different movies. The main entry courtyard is fully fenced so your furry family members can hang out with the family without any worries of them running off to explore. There is a BBQ grill, fire table with chairs as well has a hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a garage off the courtyard with a dry sauna, exercise equipment and video games.
