Given the new local law 18 passed by the City of NY, which essentially makes it nearly impossible for short-term rental, this Airbnb is now accepting reservations of at least 30 days. This Airbnb is best for people traveling for work, or roommates that want to share costs but still want their own privacy. One of the perks that come with this booking include: - free parking spot on the property for the whole duration of visit; - The apartment is a 10 minute walk from L & M subway station. Both the subways give you easy access to anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or Bronx. - The neighborhood is safe and very quiet. There is a small, beautiful park right behind my house. - There are a few 24/7 Deli’s around where you can always get some groceries or food at any time you want. - The house is in close proximity to a lot of nice, local bars/restaurants.

I had a rather long stay at Iustin’s place. I was moving into NYC and needed a temporary place while my new home was under construction. Iustin, from the beginning, was accommodating and really did his best to make me feel at home. He even waited to give me a tour and settle me in, at a very late hour on the evening of check in. I would 100% recommend his apartment. It has a comfortable set up and is great for remote work. This is a great place for professionals who want to spend time in NYC without staying in a hotel.
Justin was a great host and always responsive to our requests. He was always very friendly and professional and made our stay an enjoyable one. His family was also very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed throughout the stay
I really enjoyed my stay at Lustin’s place. Lustin is an incredible and communicative host. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He was extremely helpful. The space was very beautiful, clean and comfortable and we had all of the necessities for our stay. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in New York. We are regular Airbnb travelers and would rate Lustin’s apartment as one of the nicest, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. I plan to stay here whenever I visit New York.
Lustin did a great job of introducing us to the space and letting us know where everything is. He was very flexible and provided great info.
Iustin was a great & friendly host, always offering help and making sure I was comfortable right to the point of my departure. The place is newly renovated so everything is shining. There's ample fresh air and sunlight that comes through and when needed, the blackout blinds are very handy for a nap during day time. The nearest subway station (Halsey) is little bit of a walk (13-15 mins) but once you're there, it's an efficient L train to the heart of Manhattan in 30 mins which is not bad at all for NY standards. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and definitely booking again when I'm in NYC next!
