Parfait emplacement pour un budget plus serré. Le logement est grand, confortable, équipé de four, grand frigo congélateur micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, etc... Notre hôte a toujours été très réactif et de bon conseils. Bus à 5minutes à pieds, seul bémol peut-être, leurs horaires n'étant pas toujours respectés. Je conseille vivement ce logement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à New-York. Le logement de Christian était exactement ce qui nous fallait. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Christian mais les renseignements donnés pour acceder à la location etaient très clairs et il a toujours été reactif pour repondre à nos questions. Nous étions à une petite dizaine de minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus. Il fallait 25 minutes pour gagner New-York. Le logement était calme et paisible. Il bénéficiait en plus d'une cour, atout non négligeable.

We had a nice stay at Christian’s place! The condo is well equipped and comfortable. I was very impressed by all the little things available that guests may need during their stay: sun lotion, pain killers, … The garden is a nice addition for the sunny days. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with all needed stores and services. Christian has been very reactive and helpful with my requests. Two bus stops are available nearby that offer quick connection to NYC (Port Authority). A quiet and convenient place to stay to explore the city!

Christian was a good host, friendly and responsive. The house is warm, comfortable and a relaxing place to stay in an urban area of Union City within easy reach of Manhattan. It has modern amenities and a comfortable retro design feel due to the tasteful way in which the place is furnished. Christian was working on the rear window frames and kept us informed of woks being undertaken and was careful to avoid disturbing us. The front bedroom window frames need either repairing or replacement to stop the rain getting in. He was apologetic when we told him about the rainwater getting in. We would happily stay here again when the windows are fixed.

A really nice apartment, that is nicely decorated and well appointed. It's also only a few minutes walk from a bus stop which takes you into the heart of Mahattan. Would definitely stay here again.
