It was wonderful . Ultra- clean. Beautiful view. House decor was adorable, and felt very home like. Provided lots of little things like high chair, family games, food in the fridge. Just above and beyond in thoughtfulness. The host was very welcoming. We will be back!

Amazing stay for our family to get away from Chicago. Even though it was cold, the farm was super cozy and relaxing. Silas and his family are some of the most hospitable and kind people you will ever meet. They showed us around their farm and really made sure our kids enjoyed their experience with their farm animals. Whenever we needed anything, they were quick to respond. We can’t wait to come back in the summer/fall. Highly recommend!

We made the 7 hour trip from Michigan for just the weekend. The only down side about our whole experience is I wish we would have planned a longer trip! We had 2 families with 4 kids ranging in ages from 3-8. They had an absolute blast and were so sad to leave, already asking when we could go back. We got there late at night and the next morning when the sun rose we were AMAZED when we looked out the window and saw the beautiful scenery we were surrounded by. Pictures truly don’t do it justice. It is beautiful. Silas and his family were SO welcoming and kind and we had a great time helping with farm chores and riding horses. The kids learned so much! We also brought our UTVs and explored the beautiful property. It was breathtaking especially in the fall. The colors are incredible! So thankful for the memories we made and escape from reality. My husband and I are already talking about coming just us 2! It really is great for families or a romantic getaway! Here’s your sign to book it!

The home was amazing. Extremely clean. Looked brand new inside. Soon as we walked in. We all felt at home. The kids "helped" with morning chores with the animals and loved it. The family is amazing and great with our little ones. Very convenient location to the Orchards or down to Prairie area We are already in the works of planning two more trips to stay there next year.

Silas’ Bunkhouse was one of be best AirBnB experiences we’ve enjoyed. We typically spend most of our time away from the house but we enjoyed slowing down to experience a little farm life. Our kids loved feeding the animals and were reluctant at first but Silas was able to talk them into milking their cow, Magenta. Their family came down and it was as though we were talking to old friends. Their children played with ours while also doing chores together. Their daughter Sarah played soccer with our youngest and even showed him a few techniques. Maddux received some valuable life lessons from Silas. It just felt nice to talk to him and his wife Rebekah. They are down to earth and if we didn’t have a vacation agenda, we would still be talking. We are humbled to learn their family’s history and business. Silas shared a lot of knowledge and is an all around great guy. You can tell he is blessed to share his land with others. 
They made us feel welcomed and their hospitality is top notch.
