We are so grateful to have been able to stay at Christine’s place for a month. Here are a few highlights of our stay: **Location- prime! With a view of the morro rock, a few minutes to montana de oro & close enough to essential supplies,. We couldn’t ask for more. We went hiking, kayaking, explored all the surrounding beaches, farmers market etc. **Clean & spacious interior- loved the skylights! **Fenced front yard- with an energetic toddler, this feature was highly appreciated **Great communication with host- all concerns addressed, even allowed us to stay 1 more night. Thank you!!! We have been to airbnbs all over the world & I would say this one is close to my heart- it truly felt like home. My only hope is we can stay again ❤️

This was a long term stay for an entire month while working remotely. The home and location are great. The view amazing. My rating of 3.5 is for the following: was such a lovely home in an amazing location with amazing views. Just a few suggestion to make the stay more comfortable/enjoyable for folks doing a longer term stay: 1. There was only 1 knife for cooking and it was so dull it was useless. I had to purchase a chef knife from Amazon after I cooked my first meal. 2. While there are no adjoining walls with the other units, the master bedroom does share a wall with the garage. I learned this during my first week when the owner’s son has party on a Wednesday night. They had a total of 4 parties that ended between 2am and 4am. It was so loud that you could clearly (in addition to music) from the other side of the bedroom wall. 3. I found a total of 7 toenail clippings on the rug in the living room while I was working out. I’m not sure how thorough the cleaning one in between stays or if it included vacuuming. I dropped something under the couch and when I went to retrieve it found 2 other toe nail clippings, which I left. 4. If you end up doing Landry, be aware that the laundry room smells like cigarette smoke. Like, it’s so overpowering that it’s overwhelming. 5. If you’ll be cooking any meals, be aware that the grate above the stove top burners are tilted/uneven. For example, if you put pots/pans on the right-hand side burners, everything (oil, ingredients, etc) slide to the left. If you put pots/pans on the left-hand side burners, everything slides to the right. This turned making eggs into a nightmare.

Christine’s place is fantastic. So quiet and relaxing, a close walk to beautiful trails and the beach and just a short drive to Montana de oro. We stayed for three months and the house was well stocked with linens and all the kitchen supplies you might need. Can’t recommend this place enough!
