House was amazing as was the location. Family walked a block to the butterfly trail entrance and onto sandspit dunes. Location was only 15m from Morro Bay. The views were wonderful and on both sunny days we had quite a view of the bay and dunes. The house was spacious and had a great TV room, dinning, and living room. Spa was large and could hold a number of people. Furniture and overall decor was a bit dated but it didnt bother us. Everything in kitchen worked well. Only ding was communication with management company. It definitely didnt have the personal touch other rentals have with a single individual responding. I asked about being able to check in 30m earlier but got a bit of a canned response about checking back day-off after which I never heard back. During our stay I texted about extra towels and never heard back from them. Great place, but don't expect a lot communication.

Great stay! Would come again! Close to everything including nice walks through the eucalyptus groves to the beach. Young kids, teens through young adults and parents will enjoy the game room. Huge round game/eating table in living room made playing games easy. (We love to play games). Open kitchen to living room made it possible for us to cook and socialize at the same time. Adjoining split level living room gave some space for those wanting alone time. Large beautiful master bedroom and 3 bedrooms in lower level all very nice. We were able to unload and load car through the attached 2 car garage. Nice view out the kitchen to the golf course.

My Family had an amazing time! My sons took their sons golfing across the street while I cooked breakfast and took pictures. We Exploring Bluff Trail and the ocean cliffs were breathtaking. The views are spectacular! I have a Son in the area that came over for Barbecued dinner and we watched the sunset, it was a perfect evening. Visiting Morro Bay and letting the grandkids play in the water was so much fun. 🏖️ We had a wonderful stay and hope to make it an annual event. 🌅 The location is excellent with close grocery stores, and it's a golfer's paradise. Don't hesitate to book this home, it won't disappoint! 🏡
