Overall, the house is wonderful for a family vacation. The location is superb, it is scenic and very convenient for beach activities. The main house has a nice, large living room adequate for 8 to 10 people, and has a well equipped kitchen. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms for four people. The main house is wonderful. So is the court yard. The additional bedrooms are in two separate units in the same courtyard. These two units unfortunately do not get adequate day light since windows need to have screens down for reasonable privacy, and there are no high/ceiling windows or skylights. These units are also dated, musty with rugs that are gross. We would consider staying here again, but may hesitate mostly because of the two less than adequate units. The nice main house, nice yard and the superb location are memorable, but the two units put a damper on the nice house.

Incredible view. Incredibly responsive team. They were basically on-call at any time. The home is basically a main house with two small casitas around the courtyard that has a great outdoor table and hot tub. There are also two outdoor rocking chairs behind a glass window that blocks the wind on windier days. I’m back there’s an awesome area with patio chairs where we sit and have hors d’oeuvres. The bathrooms and kitchen in the main house are huge. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to walking paths to the beach. Great, great panoramic views. Heat and hot water were great. Quick drive to downtown Morro, groceries, and restaurants in SLO. Our whole group loved it. Obviously the main house is larger and more updated, but the little casitas could sleep an even larger group and have their own bathrooms and laundry.

Beautiful home with amazing views and a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was a perfect place for our family to come together for the holidays. We all hope to return.

From sun up to sun down this was a beautiful coastal experience. The ocean view was spectacular and the accommodations were outstanding.
