This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. It’s perfect for three adult couples as every room has a bathroom en suite. It was very well stocked with wonderful appliances in the kitchen. The view was amazing. You could watch the sunset from the front room. The only issue I had was the steps in the master bedroom. There are steps up to the bathroom and you can’t see them at night without a light on. I do not like sleeping with a light on but had to. Other than that, it was lovely.

This place is amazing, the perfect quarantine vacation. Stayed here with 4 adults and three kids, and there was plenty of space. It’s oceanfront, perched above the beach. We saw see otters, seals, dolphins and all kinds of birds. There is no direct beach access from the unit, but the public access is two houses down and was really convenient. There’s a nice tide pool there, as well as a perfect sandy beach with slow rolling waves. The outdoor shower on the side of the house has ocean views and hot water. There are fireplaces and power blinds in the master and living area. There’s a wonderful central courtyard with a great bbq as well. Everything was built custom, and we never ceased to be amazed at the care and thought put into designing this place. It feels like a Tuscan seaside villa, with some Hearst castle inspiration. Also everything was impeccably clean, and we got three hand sanitizers along with shampoo and conditioner at checkin. Our only interactions were a quick checkin, and someone stopping by to fix the courtyard fountain. All were masked and respectful of COVID considerations. One thing to note, it’s a full time rental, so there’s not much in the way of foods and spices in the kitchen as some of the owner occupied Airbnb’s we have done, so bring your own. The Wi-Fi is Spectrum, 100/10 and was reliable 5G in the living area, master, and on the beachfront patio, I was able to do all video calls well.

A beautiful property right on the beach. The views are incredible and it's very relaxing to sit and watch the surf. The house is clean and quaint. We had a wonderful week.

Catherine of Team Central Coast walked us through the wonderful Morro Bay luxurious property. Very welcoming team with local knowledge. Myself, husband and daughter thoroughly enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house for four days in Feb 2020. The Pacific Ocean views from lounge and master bedroom are captivating and house had all we needed and more. We would book again if in Central CA. (Thanks to Team Central Coast)
