Incredible location right on the Embarcadero / water. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the sea (and the rain). Wonderfully and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a beach-y vacation and with high quality towels and kitchen stuff. Each apartment has one bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa-bed. Something to keep in mind if you need more people or privacy in each apartment. The set-up where there can be adjoining apartments (there are 6 apartments total; and three on each side that can be connected); where one has the large kitchen and living room worked perfectly for us. We were three families and able to cook family meals for all of us and sit comfortably in the large living room. Something to be aware of is that on each side one of the apartments is a basement apartment with a half window. So it does not have the dramatic views of the bay and has a lot less natural light.

When I booked the place was not described as three suites but as a house. We were not sure whether it had three bedrooms or 6. In the end we had plenty of room for 3 couples, a child and two infants. There was plenty of lounging room in three sitting areas of the suites. The rooms are spacious. The main kitchen was well equipped to serve the needs of an extended family. The location was amazing— right opposite to Morro Rock, walking distance to restaurants.

Awesome location and beautiful clean well stocked rental. Close walk to lots of fun restaurants and the harbor. Cozy beds, lots of towels, great common space and spacious kitchen. Totally organized and well laid out. Highly recommend this place for family gatherings and getaways! Thank You Terri!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented Suites 3, 4, and 6. It’s in a prime location: right next to delicious eateries, across from the docks/restaurants (where you may see sea otters and other wildlife) and it’s a nice walk to Morro rock. The property itself is clean, modern and spacious. The layout is perfect for two families. Comfortable common areas in all the suites but can also close off suites for more privacy. Everything within the house is accommodating, well organized and has all the amenities you need. If you’re visiting Morro Bay, this is the perfect rental.
