The place is just as described, very pretty with an amazing view. Amr and his colleagues are very responsive in case you need any recommendations. The only slightly negative things were a late check-in fee that needed to be paid after a certain arrival time and a parking lot that was a nightmare to reach for slightly larger cars. Still, would happily come again.

The place is great. Very beautiful view, you can see the ocean from all rooms. The apartment is new, bright and very large, large bed. The residential complex is new, with a panoramic pool with salt water (the water is cold, I didn’t swim, but the child did) Nearby there is a supermarket, shopping center, playground, embankment and everything you need Minuses: * Terrible service We really needed an extra bed linen. They categorically refused to provide it. We had to buy new bed linen. This was my first time encountering this. * Burnt out light bulbs in the bathroom, poor lighting. * A lot of ants. * Maximum inconvenient parking, be careful not to scratch the car, it will be difficult for inexperienced drivers

Appartamento splendido. Vista mozzafiato. Tende oscuranti. C'è anche un bagno di servizio. L'host ha messo a disposizione il detersivo in cucina e lavatrice. Insomma, è meglio che in un hotel perché ti senti a casa, ma volendo hai i servizi di un albergo. Piscine pulite, curate. Ogni dettaglio è perfetto. Host che risponde alle richieste con rapidità. Complimenti per l'organizzazione.

This unit is absolutely stunning! It is extremely spacious on the inside as well as the outdoor patio. The views are unbeatable, with beautiful scenery coming from every window. All of the appliances and fixtures inside are very nice as well! It was also spotless. The location was prime for us as we ventured off every day around the island. It’s also a very easy drive into Funchal city Center or you can walk the main road and stumble across restaurants within 20-30 mins! I do have to note that there is condo construction everywhere around this building which made for noisy mornings, the work starts at 8 am so if you’re planning for a quiet sleep in during the week, you unfortunately won’t get it. Being from a busy city, I do wish we could have escaped the construction noise.

This apartment definitely has the Wow Factor - fabulous views from the many full height windows over the sea and coast. It’s well located for visits to Funchal and the beautiful gardens of Madeira and there are good nearby restaurants. The lovely infinity pool has heated slightly salted water - much nicer than chlorine. Our hosts were very helpful whenever we had questions.
