Everything is as described, the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were very pleasant and clean. The neighborhood is one of the worst in Athens but I was never approached by anyone in the street, and the city center is so close that I would just walk around there or take the metro (which is a 7 minute walk from the apartment) to a nicer area. A great place to stay if you're on a budget and are just looking for a comfortable clean place to sleep and shower. Really great black-out blinds. Had to wait a while for my check-in but no issues other than that.

I really enjoyed my time at Chris’s place! The balcony and rooftop were to die for, kitchen had ample pots and pans, a kettle, and panini press. The bedroom had a nice desk to work from and the wifi was great. It is a bit far from the classic tourist activities, but if you’re okay with a walk or want to be in more of a residential area it is perfect! Also Chris is a lovely host and helped me with many questions!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Ausstattung neuwertig. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hell. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls groß und schön eingerichtet. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Lofos und Akropolis, aber auch der Balkon direkt am Apartment ist schön zum Sitzen (natürlich ist es recht laut, da an der Straße). Die Gegend ist gut von der Lage, allerdings nicht so gut vom Klientel. Es gibt viele Obdachlose und Junkies. Sie sind allerdings nicht gefährlich. Ich bin alleine gereist und mir ist nie jemand zu nahe gekommen. Dennoch fühlt es sich am Anfang etwas ungut an, bis man sich daran gewöhnt hat.
