The house, yard, beach access were all great. This would be a great value for a large group as it accommodates many people. Only downside is the traffic noise—bring ear plugs for sleeping.

This place is an amazing spot for a big group looking to spend a lot of time around the house taking advantage of it's many benefits or exploring the eastern side of the island. The back yard, complete with hot tub, lots of lounging chairs and direct access to our own beach, was so nice to just spend afternoons lounging around in. The house itself is even more spacious than in the pictures, with plenty of room for our group of 13 adults, and tons of sunlight flooding into the living room and the master. Both Anna and Sara from Hawaii Beach Homes were really communicative in answering any questions I had as well as helping to make some additional accommodations. Check-in was seamless with the combo lock and the house was immaculate when we arrived. A few things worth noting: - We were really concerned about cockroaches given some previous reviews (and given just temperate climates in general) but I can say we didn't see a single one throughout our 5 day stay - The location is a bit further out from Waikiki (as we expected) if that is where you were planning on spending most of your time. We rented scooters and spent a lot of time exploring the eastern side of the island so it wasn't really an issue for us but just worth noting (Uber's/Lyft's tended to take longer as well). - The house is literally right on the highway so getting in and out can be difficult (this is pretty clearly stated in the description but just confirming). Overall an amazing place that I would highly recommend for large groups looking to really make the most of their time in paradise!

Amazing house with breathtaking view! I can’t say enough about this spacious, stylish, gorgeous home. Located right on the beach, just outside of Honolulu. Our only regret was that we didn’t spend more time at the house!
