Our family reunion group of 9 to 11 people ranged from age 8 through 78 but this home had something for everyone for more than a week! Great setup and location. Highway noise is notable but it didn’t ruin our experience. Light sleepers beware in the junior suite on the highway side. Everyone else slept like a baby. Kitchen was very well stocked with tools and equipments, also basic condiments, spices etc as well. We did spend a couple hours up front, cleaning hairs and dust on walls and floors and stationary furnitures. I’m sure hosts would have come cleaned but we just opted for privacy and no hassle. Thankfully bed linens were very clean. Gentle waves are the best white noise ever… as the house is virtually on the water, perfect for sleep by night and SUP by day. And gorgeous view 24/7. With improved cleaning, we hands down would book again. Hosting folks are some of the nicest folks, they genuinely do care about your stay!! Thank you!!!!

This residence is a beautiful location on the beach. But unfortunately, you do not get a proper sunrise or sunset. They are both blocked with houses. You get the last bit of sunrise or the first of the sunset. Accommodation, amenities were just fine. Unfortunately, it was not the cleanest when we checked in. It is an older house, so things were breaking on us unfortunately. I felt like continuous trip. I had to keep messaging the owner and disturbing them also while I’m on my trip. We stayed there for a week. The last thing we wanted is maintenance and House Keeping coming in while we were staying there. This should have been a better experience. Communicate was good but I believe the owners were out of the country, but their management didn’t do enough. Overall I must say, It was over priced and not worth the stay.

Jeremy and Jamie were great providing instructions on how to access the house. Courtney and Mike the local property managers were easy to deal with and addressed or made an effort to address issues we noticed upon arrival. Overall, the view and house were great. Our family of 7 (ages 5-45) enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and beach. You will need a car or depend on car service in order to get around the area. There is a convenient plaza down the road (0.3miles) that has grocery shopping, meal options, and long's drugs. The location is 15-20 mins from Waikiki and airport.

Ideal hosts: responsive but not obtrusive. The location is right on the ocean, with lots of nice outdoor seating. The house is very well stocked, for adults and children. The only minor drawback is road noise from the busy Kalanianaloe highway in some of the bedrooms, but it’s not a big deal. The pool and hot tub are delightful. We would definitely stay here again.

Courtney was very accommodating and very kind. The house had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The morning sunrise and sunset views were beautiful. If we had any issues, they were quickly resolved.
