Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Doormen were exceptionally kind and the service was impressive at any time. However, our experience was affected by some cleaning and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floor was only swept and not cleaned, and both the secondary bedroom door and the second-floor door did not close properly. Although cleaning products were listed, basic items like garbage bags and paper towels were missing, and while there were capsules for the dishwasher, there was no dish soap or cleaning supplies for the kitchen and the island. There was also a lack of essential supplies such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper, which was challenging for our group of 6. We did what we could with cleaning and bought some items considering our limited time and the impracticality of shopping each time we realized something was missing. We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 3 nights. It was our third time in Bogota, but the first time in Airbnb. We felt like home as we love spaciousness, outdoors and comfort. The apartment is in a great location and it’s very quiet. It has everything one can possibly need. We hope to come back again. The host was always very responsive!
