The instructions were very clear and made it easy to find the house and access the home. It offered plenty of space for parking for a large group. There was a gift basket there upon our arrival which was a nice touch! The Check-out instructions were very simple and made it really easy to head out in the morning at the completion of the stay. We were there for a wedding at the Broadmoor which was about a 10 minute drive from the home. Lifts were easy to get as well so it was never an issue. Would definitely recommend this home to any large group traveling to CO Springs!

I’ve been to several airbnbs but David’s place really was great! My fiancé and I booked this location due to the pool table. Our friends loved it! The home is spacious and great!

This was a beautiful home. It was just perfect for our Easter family gathering. We had plenty of room for everyone who stayed and cooking for a large group was great. I would recommend this location.
