Katherine was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. Location was excellent for access to the highway and Monument Valley Park. We’ve been coming to Colorado Springs for several years and this was one of the best locations for convenience to all our favorites.

Katherine's place is roomy and comfortable. This is their family home with lots of character and charm of an "Old North End" home with some updates. There are other tenants below, which made us a little anxious because of the noise from us walking around above on hardwood floors and going up and down stairs. We didn't see them much. This house is across the street from a hospital and on a busy street, but we know the area and were ok with the location. There are cute cafés and restaurants close enough to walk to and a grocery store one block away. Very convenient! All in all, it was a lovely stay with a nice host and home in a sought after community. Great stay!

This historic home has a lot of character; from the tall ceilings to the vintage creaky floors. We stayed with our daughter and her family that included a 3 3/4yr. old son and almost 3 month old infant. The dining table was great for us and our extended family! The playroom off the kitchen was a huge hit with our grandson and so were the bunk beds upstairs in the room where he slept. Even our dog had a great time with the fenced in backyard and basket of toys! The master has been recently remodeled and my husband and I enjoyed it tremendously!
