We had an amazing time at Brian’s place. The house is beautiful, clean and everything described in the site. The pictures do not do the real thing justice. It’s perfect for a big family like ours. It’s the best Airbnb we’ve ever tried so far. Kristen was very easy to communicate with.
This house was just what we needed. The space was perfectly suited for our large group. Brian and Kristen were super responsive and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. We would definitely love to stay here again if we could.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Brian’s house in Colorado Springs. We have a big family and the house was perfect for our crew! We were able to feed and sleep the whole family very comfortably which was important since there were so many things to do in the area! We hiked in the Ute Valley Park starting at the trailhead right across the street from the house, we went horseback riding at Garden of the Gods, visited a wolf rescue center and much much more. What a weekend and all based out of Brian’s beautiful house. We’ll be back again!!
We stayed here for a full week. The owner, manger and home were very accommodating to our family of 6. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We utilized the grill while there & it was so nice to have 2 propane tanks and grilling tools. There were plenty of basics for us to make it through the week. Well stocked with towels of all sizes and extra linens. So many games! The park is right around the corner, which we walked to daily. My kids loved this vacation as much as we did. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for us. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful weather and amazing views. Pike's Peak is right there!! We were able to text the owner and manager both and they were equally helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely return!
can't beat the view, especially from the breakfast table. very comfortable! Kristen and Brian were very prompt to reply and work with. great neighbourhood

Brian travels internationally working as a creative director in the entertainment industry. Specifically, he works in developing new firework shows at different theme parks around the world. Born and raised in California, he uses his homes in Colorado Springs as a vacation spot for him and his family and rents them out on airbnb year round.
