At the feet of the incline and Barr Trail, incredible sights and quick access to trails. Easy trip to Manitou town for activities and dining. Truly a magical home!

We visited my son for Christmas and it was our first time in Colorado. I cannot say enough how thankful and lucky we feel to have to chosen this place for our stay. The host was beyond communicative; from texting during a possible snowstorm to make sure we were OK, to offering to extend our checkout time to help during the inclement weather. The house was charming, clean, and had everything you would want. We felt very comfortable in this home. It has a wonderful feel of a home that has stood up to time and will continue to do so. I recommend this stay to everyone wholeheartedly. It is literally a hop away from to Cogs Railway up to Pikes Peak, and a short car ride into downtown Manitou Springs, which is very lovely. AAA+++

What a gorgeous house. Stunning Victorian features. Well-designed kitchen and the house was warm and comfortable with temperatures in the teens outside. Bathroom in the main suite is fabulous.

Awesome host. friendly and helpful. check the cupboards before stocking up. parking is in the coned area, the next pull off is the neighbors parking.

Location is extremely convenient for visiting manitou springs. It is walkable to the Barr trail head for hiking pikes peak and it is diagonally across from the 33 bus for going downtown if we didn’t want to walk or drive. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of seating areas, inside and out. Alysia is super responsive in communication. We would certainly book again if we are in the area again!
