What a gem of a spot! We had the most amazing weekend away here! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and Kim was the most amazing host. I can’t say enough about this place. 15 minutes from both Butternut and Catamount and about 7 minutes from the downtown Great Barrington the location was ideal for us. 6 adults (3 couples) stayed comfortably with plenty of room and privacy. We are already planning our next trip back. I would recommend this house for anyone looking for a getaway in the Berkshires.

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway. The home is located very close to the ski slopes at Butternut and Great Barrington, which has a number of great restaurants. Backyard of the home is wonderful as well as it overlooks a beautiful lake. Home itself was as described, clean, and comfortable.

Our road crew stayed in the property over a course of a few weeks as they raised a house in the area. I always check in with them to see if they want to switch accommodations when we work more than a week. The fact that they wished to continue to stay here says it all. The house suited them perfectly, was clean, communication with Kimberly was great, and my team had everything they needed.
