Our charming 3-bedroom cottage has everything you need for your visit to Statesboro. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Roku tv, a laptop-friendly workspace, & a fenced in backyard. We have a private master bath, new K & Qu sized beds, & bunks for the kids. You can also enjoy the sunrise & a cup of coffee on the screened in back porch. Our Airbnb is within walking distance of the YMCA & the S & S Greenway Walking Trail. Centrally located: Shopping 0.5 mi., Downtown & GSU 1 mi. Our home is an example of a perfectly imperfect renovated 1950's cottage. We installed a new heating and air unit as well as an exterior gas hot water heater that is able to meet the demands of a constant flow of hot water to all of the faucets simultaneously. The original white oak floors have been refinished (Please leave shoes by the door.) and the screened in back porch has a ceiling fan and outdoor seating. The household closet in the hallway is where you'll find any replacement household items, a small first aid kit, flashlight, and cleaning supplies you may need during your stay. Baskets and shelves in the kitchen pantry are labeled for easy access to coffee/tea supplies, storage containers, baby dining items, a step stool, and any overflow appliances. The iron and ironing board are stored in the laundry room which is accessed from the back porch. Available upon request is additional bedding for the fold out chair and sofa in the family room. Additional glassware and dining supplies can be found in the petite china cabinet in the dining area. Luggage valet stands are available in bedrooms 1 & 2 as well as an additional blanket and pillows. Each room also has a basket for laundry. There is a small desk in the bunkbed room. There are also a couple of hooded animal towels hanging on the inside of the closet door as well as a large pillow for sitting on the floor to play. There is a green rolling polycart on the right side of the front yard. Trash pick up is first thing (around 8 a.m.) every Thursday morning.
