We had an awesome stay in the Bricksandtimber house in RINO. The location is great with everything you need within walking distance. The building has lots of character! It was a cozy spot to spend part of our Winter. Thanks!

The Curtis Park Charmer was a great place to stay and explore Denver from! Stayed here for nearly two months and felt right at home. Kitchen was well equipped, furniture was comfortable, and was walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops.

We (one couple) enjoyed our month-long stay in this adorable carriage house! The location is everything- walkable to Five Points and RiNo, and public transportation, made it a fantastic choice for exploring Denver. The house is small but well laid out and makes efficient use of space. It's not set up for working remotely so I would not recommend it for that, but we found it worked well for us in terms of cooking (kitchen had what we needed) and it was such a comfy space to sleep in. The patio is a lovely benefit for nice days. There are occasional loud folks walking by (sidewalks right by the living room), but that's to be expected for the fabulous location. We never had any issues with parking right in front of the house throughout our stay, and felt safe. Ashlee & Graham were great about being responsive, and check-in/check-out were smooth- plus they were quick to respond to our occasional questions. If you're looking for a spot that keeps you close to the action, this is it!

The carriage house was perfect. Our family needed a place to stay while we closed on our home. The Curtis Park location was perfect and the hosts worked with us and our situation. The space was clean and cozy and helped us focus on the home buying process. highly recommend this rental!

We spent a month in the carriage house, and would recommend it without hesitation. The location is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, bars, and boutiques, but the area where the carriage house is located is quiet and serene. The house was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable, home-away-from-home stay. Parking is always available right out front. Ashlee is a responsive host, and we appreciated her friendly hospitality. Thanks for a great stay!
