We had a lovely stay for a 40th birthday celebration. Grounds of the house were lovely and the play area was a massive hit with the kids. The house isn't the biggest for lots of guests. The rooms are fine but communal area is a little small. Lovely rural area and really felt like we had privacy.

Just returned from a weekend away here for a friends 40th Birthday! What fun all 16 of us had! This place has everything for a fun weekend away! Was spotless on arrival, rooms comfy, lots of space! We were lucky we had great weather so spent a lot of time outdoors in and out of the hot tub with cocktails! We are thinking of returning at some point with the kids as it’s also such a great place for children too! Thanks Damian! We hope to be back soon!

This house is absolutely lovely and such a good place for a small group to getaway! There was lots of games/entertainment/hot tub etc which just made the place even better. It is well kept, clean and homely. Beds are very comfy, every room has a TV except one which is really good! It has a nice big kitchen/ dining room area. The garden is amazing, lovely and big. Lots of parking space. Would love to come here in the summer. Also the Kitchen has everything you need in it! The hot tub was brilliant, really nice touch for the house. Easy and ready to use. Damian, our host was very friendly, responsive & was great with communication. Clear instructions with check in’s and check out’s. Would 100% book again with him. Overall 10/10 stay!

14 of us (7 adults and 7 children) stayed for a short weekend break, to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. The house was amazing for children, with plenty to keep them occupied (a fabulous outdoor play area, table tennis/air hockey/snooker table, and a cinema room. The house was tidy and clean, with an extremely well equipped kitchen and additional kitchenette. We had brought utensils etc from home, just in case, but we didn't need to use them. We felt right at home. Damian was very helpful throughout the booking process and he even checked if we needed assistance, after arrival. I would definitely recommend this property and host.
